I work as an education consultant because I believe in the transformational nature of education. By drawing on my experiences as a School leader, Teacher, Specialist Leader of Education, and Master of Education degree (the University of Cambridge, with distinction), I connect educational theory with corporate and academic settings' everyday practice.

When working with educational settings, I inspire and support teams by designing engaging and blended leadership courses, teacher training seminars, bespoke case studies on key improvement areas, and by providing coaching.
